The first architectural impressions of our new home designs are now available to view. We’ve taken a lot of inspiration from the Matakana landscape – simple, contemporary forms, natural materials, plenty of glass and a strong connection between indoors and out.
Matakana master plan begins to take shape
This latest plan is our vision for the village we’re hoping to create. The 74-hectare site features 31 hectares of village development, 11 hectares of indigenous forest restoration, 9 hectares of coastal shrubland enhancement and 3.3 hectares of wetland restoration.
